OVERVIEW
Digital storytelling is the process which diverse people share their life experiences, stories, and creativity with others. In addition to regular storytelling, digital storytelling allows the storyteller to include images, pictures, music and other mediums to their story. This video production depicts my mom cooking a well-known Vietnamese dish, Hủ Tiếu, and tells the story of her process, time, and care in order to create such dish.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
How do I create a short video story that has strong awareness of audience in story content and contains storytelling strategies?
SCOPE + CONSTRAINTS
Deliver a video that contains a compelling storyline within a 1-3 minute timeframe.
Hủ Tiếu is a dish that is time consuming and requires a lot of patience, so each step of the process has to be done in sequence and presented at appropriate times.
