Indeed.com is a site that aggregates job listings from thousands of websites; this includes job boards, staffing firms, associations, and company career pages. The team is tasked with improving the experience of applying for a job directly on the Indeed.com website and mobile application.
How might we make the steps of the application process more transparent to applicants for what each job requires?
With a timeline of 2 weeks, deliver a high-fidelity, clickable prototypes of both desktop and mobile that allows users to anticipate the steps of the application process.

Companies that want a resume and cover letter, answers to several screening questions, and for applicants to take a subject matter quiz to demonstrate their knowledge of the position.
